Greetings, flower enthusiast and traditions lovers! As the wintry weather freeze fade, the city beautiful prepare to greeting spring with its most loved celebration – The Rose Festival 2024 Chandigarh. This annual event, set in the attractive Zakir Hussain Rose Garden, Sector 16 Chandigarh is not just a flower display but an exciting showcase of culture, talent and society spirit. While we were excitedly anticipate the publication, we’re now thrilled to distribute that the correct dates for 2024 have been put for the 23rd to the 25th of February.
Punjabi Singer Kulwinder Billa, Bollywood singer Ankit Tiwari and other international artists will be performing to charm the audience from 6.30 pm onwards on the second and third day of the Rose festival. The show will take place at ground opposite to the Government museum and art gallery, Sector 10 Chandigarh.
Covering 30 acres, the Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is the biggest in Asia and serves as the primary location for the festival. Hosting more than 1,600 species of roses, as well as multiple fountains and pavilions, the garden evolves into a spectacular floral paradise. Annually, these roses create a picturesque setting for a celebration that draws in thousands of visitors, both local and from distant places.

From 10 am to 10 pm daily citizens can enjoy craft showing, Enjoyment Park, food court, dealing stalls, and exhibition stalls. Visitors can also join in yoga sessions from 8 am to 10 am which will be conduct at the Government museum and art gallery. From 2 pm to 3.30 pm, there will be a film screening on sustainable natural world travel which will be planned by the Tourism department.
